Health Clearance Forms must be in a sealed envelope with your name and contact number printed on the front. Check all pages of the form carefully prior to submittal (incomplete forms will not be cleared by the Occupational Health Nurse).

I have posted a document in Student Services titled "Advance your Degree"

It contains links to a number of Colleges, including our articulation schools for ADN to BSN.  It would be wise to obtain a transcript audit to see which LA&S courses you have remaining. You might even consider taking one in the summer if you do not need any for Hopfer.

Being on track for a BSN will serve you well in today's job market

Choose the Student Services option on Moodle and you will find a host of resources such as the School Catalogue, Student Handbook, Scholarship availability, Change of Address Form, 2010-2011 Tuition & Fee Schedule, 2010-2011 Academic Calendar and Withdrawals Forms.

Anyone experiencing problems with their door swipe should visit  Student Services Office for a replacement.

Please be aware that the Emergency Exit off the stairwell between the 1st and 2nd floors should be used for Emergency purposes only (fire, evacuation etc).  Violators will face disciplinary action.
